4. Consultations, Materials, and Deliverables

We may provide advice, presentations, templates, checklists, and other materials. Deliverables are provided as described in the applicable agreement. You are responsible for reviewing deliverables, implementing them appropriately, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all intellectual property rights related to the Services, including methods, templates, frameworks, and know-how, belong to costzero.best or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes, unless a separate license is agreed.

6. Acceptable Use

• You must not misuse the website (e.g., hacking, automated scraping, or interference).

7. Payments & Fees

Fees, invoicing, and payment timing are specified in the proposal or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, late payments may result in suspension of services. Any taxes applicable to transactions are your responsibility unless the contract states otherwise.

8. Scope Changes

If you request changes to scope, deliverables, or timelines, the change may affect fees and schedules. We will discuss revisions in writing before proceeding.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, costzero.best will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim, during the applicable period, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate if the other party materially breaches these Terms and does not cure within a reasonable time after notice. Upon termination, fees for work performed and expenses incurred up to the termination date remain payable unless the contract provides otherwise.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.

13. Required Notices (Japan)
